Description
The farm is a traditional family business that has been cultivated with arable farming and dairy farming for generations. The organic spelt grows at around 500 m above sea level on the beautiful Kerschenberg. This is processed directly on the farm into spelt flour, spelt semolina and various types of pasta. Wholemeal spelt pasta is darker in color and slightly nutty in taste. With a short cooking time of approx. 3 minutes, they are ideal for quick meals.
