Description
In addition to the well-known and much-loved sheep's cheese Striezeln, the Gansberger family also produces all kinds of creative products from sheep's milk in their cheese dairy, such as Mostviertler salad cheese, sheep's cheese balls (wrapped in bacon) and marinated in oil. The colorful cheese balls and cheese rolls are also popular. Sheep's milk and yoghurt are also on offer.
