The farm is located at the foot of the Hochkar, the most snow-sure and largest ski area in Lower Austria. The bus stop for the free ski bus is in the immediate vicinity so that the car can stay on vacation. The cross-country ski trail passes directly by the house. After a strenuous day of skiing you can relax in the brine bath 7 km away.
