The spacious property (1,500 m²) with the two vacation homes is located on a sunny hill, surrounded by mountains and overlooking the village center of Gaming, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The well-kept garden with barbecue area offers enough space for games, fun, relaxation and recreation.

Our villa can look back on a very long history and still exudes this flair today. The furnishings were carefully selected, by the renowned artist Paolo Gelb.

Happy Home Villa: distributed on 170 m² of living space, on 2 floors: living room, guest room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, as well as children's room, bedroom, toilet, equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Happy Home guest house: on 54 m² living space are living/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom/WC, hall, equipped with dishwasher and washing machine

You have the choice: vacation villa or cozy guest house
