As a founding member of Wirtshauskultur, the Pöllinger family at the Schützenwirt in Langau has been striving to preserve and cultivate traditional Lower Austrian cuisine for 20 years. The processing of local and regional products is in the foreground. The business has made a special name for itself with wonderful game and fish specialties.

The family business is located in wooded surroundings in the heart of the Ötscherland and has a total of 50 beds. The rooms are equipped with shower/WC, cable TV and some with balcony. Especially for families there are rooms with separate bedrooms (4 - 5 persons) or triple rooms.

All sports enthusiasts will find in winter a cross-country ski trail entrance right next to the house and a nearby ski lift, also a ski room is available. In summer, several hiking routes invite you to explore the surroundings. The inn itself has a wide range of leisure facilities (heated outdoor pool, tennis court, table tennis, billiards, table soccer, children's play corner).

Tips: In-house store with tobacconist; locations for parties and celebrations of all kinds.
