Description
A 300-year-old tradition of pilgrimage and healing of body, mind and soul is practiced in the pilgrimage town of Mariazell. The famous St. Sebastiani pilgrimage route is lined with Stations of the Cross with small herb gardens according to ancient custom. Here you can learn a lot about the effects and use of local medicinal plants from traditional European medicine as part of an expert guided tour. The tour leads over the Calvary to the pharmacy and drugstore "Zur Gnadenmutter", where a soothing glass of Mariazeller Wurzelklauber and over 100 unique health products await.
