The ingredients in the kitchen of the Pillgrab Inn tell a story. Traditional is preserved, appreciated and combined with innovative influences - that is the credo of the Pillgrab family. An inn that knows how to play with contrasts like no other. A promising foundation was provided by Heidi and Hans Pillgrab, who shaped the business in St. Valentin. Their knowledge and expertise continue to flow in. Meanwhile, son Wolfgang has taken over the beat in the kitchen. In addition to his obvious cooking talent, it is his musical background that is omnipresent in the inn. The kitchen is rocking, creativity is given free rein. In addition to traditional Mostviertel cuisine, favorites on the menu include crab soup, crab ravioli, and dishes with juicy Wagyu beef.

A family business through and through. Heidi Pillgrab's homemade cakes and pastries underscore that. With the tiled stove, the colorful Tiffany windows and the light wooden lamppost, the focus is on dignified furnishings. A secluded courtyard garden invites you to linger in the summer months.
