Description

The Gemeindealpe (1,626 m) is a particularly rewarding destination: two chairlifts shorten the distance to the Terzerhaus mountain restaurant, and at the summit a 360-degree panoramic view presents the surrounding mountain world around the "father mountain" Ötscher. The 800 m long panorama trail, which is suitable for prams, winds its way around the summit, and the adventure climbing playground at Terzerhaus guarantees fun hours for children. Those who prefer it fast downhill can speed down towards the valley on the mountain carts from the middle station.

In winter, an action-packed snowboarding and skiing paradise beckons with a varied range of activities. In addition to the steepest piste in Lower Austria, a freeride area awaits deep-snow specialists in the summit area, and a speed track with speed measurement is available for high-speed fans. The centrepiece is the snow park, directly at the middle station, with 17 elements, including 15 rails/boxes and two kickers. The fun slope in the area of the valley station ensures happy and smiling faces.

The Mariazellerbahn promises a stress-free journey there and back.
