Pumptrack Gölsental

The pump track, designed as a circuit, is around 1.20 m wide and approx. 190 m long and features waves and other elements such as banked turns and jumps. It can be ridden in both directions as it is built on flat terrain. The aim is to build up speed on the bike without pedaling and just by pushing your body up. Cyclists stand on their feet and only sit in the saddle briefly to start. The pump track is designed with asphalt, as the solid surface has advantages in terms of maintenance and the variety of user groups is greater. Asphalt facilities can also be used with skateboards, mini-scooters and even inline skates.
