Edhof - Familie Michlmayr
Description
The Edhof stands for sustainable, high-quality produce. Together with Thomas' parents Gerti and Alois, Carina and Thomas Michlmayr run a small-scale farm in the town of Haag in the Mostviertel region. Duroc pigs, goats and fish live on the farm, and vegetables, cereals and flowers grow in the fields. The farm is based on a sustainable circular economy that focuses on the well-being of people, animals and nature. The intergenerational cooperation within the family is particularly appreciated. Since 2022, the products have been marketed directly from the farm and at markets.
