Martin and his Mascherl go together like the devil and a top restaurateur. However, the Purgstaller would not win over gourmet testers year after year with his smart bow tie alone. It is rather his basic attitude, which is: pure regionality.
And this is also reflected in the overall concept of the inn: in addition to great seasonal cuisine, excellent service and a large selection of fine wines, the hosts are constantly striving to offer their guests something new.
After an eventful day in the Mostviertel, you can fall asleep gently in the solid wood beds of the cozy Eisenstraße rooms on the 1st floor, which were renovated in 2014. Handmade soaps, ironing and laundry service round off the high level of comfort at the inn. To wake you up the next morning, you can help yourself to a coffee in your room - current magazines included. The rich breakfast (from 6 a.m.) is all about regional products and is the perfect start to a successful day's vacation.
