Lehof – Der Biobauer

Martin Wagner and Maria Papst have been growing biodynamic apples at the Lehof farm in Strengberg since 2007. This method of cultivation is characterized by a special consideration of the natural context and is associated with more effort and even stricter guidelines than in normal organic farming. The Demeter farm has specialized in apple cultivation on its 5 hectare farm and offers not only dessert fruit but also juices, cider and dried apple rings with chocolate in the "Apfelthek" - all in the best Demeter quality, of course.
