Winzer Mike Nährer

Mike Nährer is a top chef with a vision and he consistently implements his line down to the last detail. This inevitably leads to an exploration of the topic of wine. It is not surprising that Nährer is also breaking new ground here. With his wines from the "forgotten gardens", he builds bridges between old knowledge and innovative, gentle processing methods. The mostly old vineyards are planted in mixed vineyards. This results in handcrafted wines full of character, which are bottled unfiltered and unfined with a slight addition of sulphur after being aged on the lees. "Following nature" and "creating something valuable with patience" is the motto of the Neowinzer, who is thus also doing a valuable piece of cultural work
