We only use the wild fruit of the Dirndl for our Dirndl products.
We supply local suppliers in the region with our products (Einkaufsmarkt Loich, Humperl's Regionaleck Frankenfels, Ingrid's Genussstube Kirchberg, Regionalladen Leo Bachinger)
We also offer farm-gate sales of organic beef fillet from suckler cows, delicious farmhouse bread and Waldstauden wholemeal spelt bread, homemade pastries, organic free-range eggs and various types of jam (wild blackberry jam, dirndl jam, sour cherry jam, creeper jam, raspberry jam, plum jam, mixed jams). We have already won various prizes with our products (2016 victory for forest blackberry jam, 2019 victory for dirndl jam (d. gold. pear), 2020 victory for poppy seed strudel (bread emperor))
