Herzlich Willkommen liebe Gäste! Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Radfahrer,da der Ybbstalradl nach Hollenstein an der Ybbs oder weiter nach Lunz am See, direkt vorbei führt.Auch die herrlichen Badeplätze der Ybbs sind nicht weit.Ein Erlebnisbad "Parkbad"liegt in der Nachbarschaft. Der Pilgerweg über Ybbsitz nach Mariazell ist vor der Haustür.In wenigen Gehminuten über den Schlosssteg/Ybbs sind sie beim Rotschildschloss mit dem 5 Elemente Museum und in der Altstadt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten.Zur Erholung in der Natur gibt es den Buchenberg mit Tierpark,Kletterpark und seinen Wanderwegen.Der Panoramahöhenrundweg z.B. zur Basilika Sonntagberg ist auch in wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen. The cozy, newly renovated vacation apartment is located in the district of Zell/Ybbs and is directly connected to the Alstadt/center by the Schlosssteg (less than 5 min. walking time). The vacation apartment is 45sqm, bright and friendly. It consists of a main room with a comfortable couch, a table, a TV, wifi, a round dining table with armchairs, wardrobe and a sofa bed/box spring bed for 2 persons.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for self-caterers. From the kitchen window you look directly over to the Old Town/Rothschild Castle. The bathroom is equipped with tub/shower wall. The toilet is located separately. The apartment is located on the first floor and with the proximity to the center ideal for seniors. A free parking lot is directly on site. The main train station is about 10 minutes walk away.
The apartment is also ideal for cyclists, as the Ybbstalradlweg leads directly past, as well as the pilgrimage route via Ybbsitz to Mariazell. Directly in the neighborhood is the Parkbad to cool down and relax. Also the Buchenberg with zoo, climbing park and its hiking trails can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The panoramic high trail over St.Leonhard to the basilica Sonntagberg is also reachable in a few kilometers.
For the coming winter season dear skiers are Hochkar,Königsberg and Forsteralm nearby!
