Mit knapp 300 m2  Wohnfläche und weiteren 300 m2  Außenfläche bietet die Villa Komfort und Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Sie verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 5 Badezimmer. Balkone und Terrassen, ein offenes Wohnkonzept mit Designerküche sowie Wohn- und Essbereich, ein offener Kamin, eine Sauna und eine Außenküche runden das Angebot ab. Parkplätze sind direkt an der Villa vorhanden.

Der Wilde Wunder Card-Gastgeber Ferienvilla Joachimsberg ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten im alpinen Mostviertel: Unweit von der Villa befindet sich die Ötscherbasis Wienerbruck - der Eingang zum Naturpark Ötscher-Tormäuer. In wenigen Fahrtminuten erreicht man zudem Annaberg oder Mitterbach, wo sich ein Besuch der Gemeindealpe oder des malerischen Erlaufsees anbietet.
