The luxurious apartment house "R&R Residences in Mitterbach at Lake Erlauf" is located in the middle of the beautiful nature and mountain landscapes of the Mariazell region. The house combines the genuine and authentic originality of this unique landscape with the exclusive amenities of the apartments. This ambience turns every visit into a special experience. You will experience the power of tranquillity in the midst of beautiful nature and feel it with every view you get to enjoy from the apartments. There are three comfortably furnished apartments for 2 – 5 persons available.

We also offer classical and ayurvedic massages in-house by appointment.
The sunbathing lawn/terrace invites you to relax and soak up the sun. All apartments are non-smoking – however, on the terrace and balcony smoking is permitted. The house offers you sufficient parking options and a room with ski and hiking boots drier.
