"This city needs a gallery..."
...said Dr. Karl Heinz Maringer back in 1977 - and he has been bringing art and artists to St. Pölten ever since. It started in the "Salon for Art and Communication" on Riemerplatz, continued in Schreinergasse and has now been located on Herrenplatz in the center of St. Pölten for more than 20 years.
