Kulturweg „Sprechende Römer“
Description
The talking Romans, the cultural guidance system in Traismauer, is an approx. 4 km long themed trail that leads through the town center to the Danube promenade. You can explore the themed trail on foot or by bike. This tour is accessible in both directions and is signposted in both directions. The figures are set up at a total of five locations and mainly provide information about the sights in Traismauer.
The strategic conquerors set up their cavalry camp in Traismauer for around five hundred years. The imposing towers and contemporary witnesses bear witness to this. Where soldiers once protected the border wall, today the themed trail with the talking Romans leads us through the town of Traismauer.
