Nordic walking is a very safe whole body and especially cardiovascular training for all ages. Endurance sports such as nordic walking can help reduce weight and improve fat metabolism. Over 400 calories / h are burned, compared to 280 calories / h in normal walking.
Nordic Walking is easy and quick to learn and protects the joints, strengthens the back muscles and is particularly suitable for rehabilitation. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings while walking around Gippel and Göller in the most densely wooded community in Central Europe. (wednesdays, 6pm)
