Description
On the journey with the Ötscherland Express from Kienberg-Gaming, passengers can expect a journey where speed is not an issue. The museum train chugs leisurely along the mountain route of the Ybbstalbahn past the historic Gaming Charterhouse, over two viaducts built using the trestle construction method, of which there are only three in Austria, to Pfaffenschlag.
The lovingly restored train runs at weekends from July to October. Details and timetables can be found here!

The timetable for the "Ötscherland-Express" is valid on the following days in the 2026 season
- every Saturday and Sunday in June, July, August, September and October
