Forest bathing is all about feeling good - it's not about walking long distances or running in the forest. Forest bathing promotes your health in a variety of ways, as there is now plenty of evidence to prove.
With forest bathing exercises, you train your sensory perception, which you have lost in the hectic pace of your everyday life. You feel into your body.
We would like to invite you to get to know this new trend with us. We will walk about 5 km, interspersing some sensory awareness exercises and Qi Gong exercises.
Immerse yourself in the forest atmosphere - a time to recharge your batteries with new impulses for your everyday life.
