Since the opening of the Heurigen in 1978, special emphasis has been placed on the quality and variety of the food on offer. The Nolz family's farm is now largely focused on producing the products used in the Heurigen cuisine. They see themselves as a classic wine tavern, which is why they deliberately do not serve hot dishes. Instead, the menu always includes vegetarian specialties, unusual Heurigen dishes and their own food creations. Maria Nolz-Neubacher is responsible for the extensive culinary offerings and organizes the operation of the Heurigen kitchen with a lot of love and time. A major concern of the Nolz family is to preserve the wine tavern in its original form and to satisfy the increasing demands of guests through quality, originality and variety.
