With the 2019 bathing season, Melanie Rausch has taken over the buffet at Ausee III and lovingly runs the business under the name "Meli's Bistro". Cool refreshing drinks and numerous snacks await visitors or bathers here. Meli's Bistro is only open in summer and only in good weather from 10 am to 10 pm.
