Very beautiful, not too difficult summit route over lush alpine meadows, ski slopes, and varied hiking trails. With every meter of altitude, the view becomes more impressive.

The starting point of this hiking route for the whole family is the parking lot at the Hochkarbahn valley station. On trail no. 16, you walk comfortably towards Draxlerloch. Then you go uphill, but without a noticeable incline, until you cross the Kar slope. Step by step, we follow the hiking trail until the Scheinecksattel (1,529 m).
On the scenic ridge, the path leads through fragrant dwarf pines to the Hochkar summit at 1808 m. From here, you can call yourself Hochkar summit conquerors and leave your mark in the summit book.
