Leírás
The pilgrimage route for athletic pilgrims takes us in just seven daily stages from Linz/Pöstlingberg to Mariazell. Via St. Florian, Steyr, Maria Neustift, Ybbsitz, Lackenhof, and Mitterbach, we reach Mariazell.
Anyone who wants to pilgrimage from Pöstlingberg to the "Magna Mater Austriae" in Mariazell should prepare well and plan the route precisely. After all, more than 170 kilometers must be covered and partly very alpine terrain is walked. The highest point is the Ötscher, whose summit does not have to be directly climbed, but also the Riffelsattel with an altitude of 1,283 meters presents a fitness challenge.
