Description

The small but centrally located ski area is situated between Waidhofen an der Ybbs and Gaflenz (Bundestraße 121). Three lifts (2 T-bar lifts and 1 baby lift) are available for the ascent to the Forsteralm.
The Forsteralm nature area presents itself under the motto of skiing, ski touring and snowshoe hiking. As a local recreation area, it is practically on the doorstep and can be experienced at reasonable prices.
The ski school's highly trained ski and snowboard instructors offer group courses and private lessons. The ski and snowboard rental shop right next to the ski school is very practical. There are suitable practice slopes and a practice lift for children and beginners.
TIP: Floodlit skiing (Wednesdays and Fridays 5-8 pm)
