Viehdorf

In the heart of the Mostviertel region lies the livable community of Viehdorf, bordering the district town of Amstetten to the south. Viehdorf is a community where you can feel at home in many areas. The social and cultural life in the municipality of Viehdorf is made up of three cadastral communities:

Viehdorf is home to the baroque parish church, the citizens' service center, the local grocery store, the bakery, a health food store, an inn, the cultural center, the sports center, the artisan glass pear, which is the "new landmark" of the community and unique in Europe, and the glass fountain on the village square. The village hall functions as a large Advent calendar during the Advent and Christmas season.

Seisenegg is home to Seisenegg Castle, the architectural center of the Mostviertel region. The center is home to a 4,^000m2 adventure playground and an inn. Hainstetten is home to Hainstetten Castle, a magnificent Renaissance building.
