Between Euratsfeld and Neuhofen an der Ybbs, not far from the Perbersdorfer Tavern, five mighty granite rocks draw the eye: The Square of Forgotten Peoples, a 20 x 50 m memorial, symbolizes the five continents of the world with its rocks and is a memorial for more tolerance and understanding between peoples.
In 996, numerous different peoples inhabited the area that was then called "Ostarrichi". This is why the German-Chilean artist Miguel Horn erected this memorial in 1999 to commemorate the peoples who were expelled from the area in the course of history.
