The Braunsteiner family’s traditional cider tavern has been held annually since 1981, from Ascension Day through Pentecost Monday.
Great importance is placed here on products from their own production. Thus, the beverage menu features exclusively cider and fruit juices from their own cellar. The meat and sausage products are also produced in-house, and the bread and pastries are baked on-site. The “Schneeball,” a well-known treat at the tavern, is a very special delicacy made according to Grandma’s recipe.
Outside of the tavern’s opening hours, visitors are welcome to tour the farm (agriculture & fruit processing). Groups are gladly given guided tours of the farm upon advance reservation by phone.
