Opening hours

By appointment over the phone; direct from the farm: Thursdays from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.; Thursdays and Saturdays at the market on Domplatz in St. Pölten from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; Fridays at the Robineau gas station in Paudorf from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Schalhas Koglmühle family business is dedicated to pig farming. With around 20 hectares of arable land and 2 hectares of forest, the Mostviertel-based company combines rearing, fattening, processing and marketing. The focus is on natural feeding, a closed production chain and modern animal husbandry. The multi-award-winning meat and sausage products are sold ex-farm, at markets and via regional sales partners.
