Tour Starting from The starting point for the four cross-country ski trails is always at the "Durlasser" in Weißenbach. Once in town, take the turnoff into the Weißenbach Valley (signposted) and after 3.5 km you’ll reach the parking lot and the trailhead.

The "LANGAU" trail is located approx. 3.5 km from the center of St. Aegyd in the Weißenbachtal valley in a lovely basin. The "Durchlaßhof" snack station is located directly on the trail. Snack station with equipment rental available.
At the nordicsports academy in St. Aegyd, you can rent cross-country skis for both classic and skating styles.
Rental hours: Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the Christmas and semester breaks; and by phone request to Christa Strametz at T: 0676/88780298

Parking lot near the cross-country ski trail
By car:
From St. Pölten, take the B20 to Freiland; from there, take the B214 toward Marizell. After 25 km, you’ll arrive in St. Aegyd. From there, continue for about 3.5 km into the Weißenbach Valley.
Take the train from St. Pölten to Lilienfeld and from there take the bus, or take the bus directly from St. Pölten to St. Aegyd. From there, continue by private vehicle into the Weißenbach Valley.
