The rock nature trail with observation points from 1 to 6 provides an insight into the geology of this region in Ötscherland.

Route description
From the Treffling Nature Park entrance (snack bar), follow the panoramic road with a magnificent view of the Ötscher. At the “Toreck” and the “Toter Mann,” enjoy beautiful views of the Erlauf Gorge. Head downhill along the rock nature trail to Trübenbach and cross the bridge to the “Alte Schule” inn (Maria Schweiger—also offers taxi service).
