The Mitterbach Retreat is located right on the edge of the forest, nestled among old spruce and larch trees, with an unobstructed view of the Gemeindealpe. Wildflower meadows surround the house, and even on warm days, you’ll find a shady spot under the birch trees. And right next to it, the little stream flows gently by. Dip your feet in, sit for a moment. Sometimes that’s all it takes.
The vacation rental combines modern comfort with a few rustic touches that have been preserved and give the house its character. The open-concept living-dining area offers space for cooking, dining, and spending time together. The bedroom opens directly onto the terrace, where a seating set and lounge chairs are already set out. There’s also a spacious, bright bathroom.
There’s room for up to four people—about two adults and two children. Wi-Fi, self-check-in, and free parking for cars and bikes make things easy. Dogs are also welcome upon request.
And then the only question left is whether to spend the afternoon on the terrace, under the birch trees, or with your feet in the little stream. The Gemeindealpe is almost always in view.
