Pirker Lebkuchen offers insights into traditional gingerbread production in the glass gingerbread factory. On over 3,500 m², visitors can follow all the production steps live, from mixing and rolling out the honey dough to filling, topping and decorating. All stages of production can be observed, from breaking the eggs to assembling the varieties in the packaging. More than 80 varieties are produced behind glass. The show bakery is open from May to December (except Sundays and public holidays) without prior reservation.
