Description
Rosi and Hans Hiebl take the original idea of the wine tavern very seriously: almost all the food and drinks at the inn on the outskirts of Krottendorf are homemade. The pigs and cattle for the meaty part of the snack come from their own farm, the pastries and farmhouse bread are baked according to old home recipes, and the surrounding orchards are the source of the Cider and brandies. Great importance is attached to quality, Hans Hiebl is one of the best cider producers in the country for good reason. The culinary delights are served either in the cozy restaurant with its three tiled stoves or outside in the spacious courtyard.
