The municipality of Wolfpassing is a residential community with agricultural flair and is located between Steinakirchen am Forst and Wieselburg in the Mostviertel region. The municipal area comprises the two main villages of Wolfpassing and Zarnsdorf as well as smaller hamlets and is typical of the Mostviertel: mighty square farmhouses surrounded by numerous fruit trees. The most famous building in the municipality is Wolfpassing Castle. The ecoplus business park between the districts of Brunning and Zarnsdorf is of economic importance.
